If you are looking for a company you can trust to repair broken appliances around your home or office, you can turn to a company I trust: APPLIANCE SERVICE BY PAUL.
In fact, owner Paul Dodge has been with GEPHARDT APPROVED from the very beginning when we first investigated the background of the company, and how they treat their customers. Seldom is there a complaint, and when there is, Paul responds immediately!!
Maybe the reason APPLIANCE SERVICE BY PAUL gets such high marks is because of how long he has been in business: over 30 years. In that time, Paul says he and his technicians have maintained strong relationships with appliance manufacturers such as Whirlpool, Maytag, JennAir, KitchenAid, and Amana. Paul says he is now Utah’s only certified and authorized repair company for those brands. In order to maintain that certification, he says his technicians must be trained regularly by the manufacturers. Paul says that if an uncertified or unauthorized technician works on an appliance, it can void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Paul tells me appliance repair is in his blood. Back in 1914, his grandfather started in the appliance business, and Paul is the third generation to carry on these family practices. Now, he is even employing fourth and fifth generation family members to continue in the family business. It was in 1979, though, when Paul and his wife Patty founded their own appliance repair business, focusing on those relationships with the manufacturers. Now, more than 30 years later, APPLIANCE SERVICE BY PAUL handles over 30,000 repair calls annually.
Paul will tell you his approach to customer service is simple: Treat people the way you want them to treat you. “When we make a mistake, because everyone makes mistakes, we correct it the best way we can by being fair and honest,” says Paul. In fact, Paul tells me that being factory authorized means that workmanship and ethics meet factory standards, factory training is ongoing, and they have the ability to honor factory warranties on parts and labor. Paul says it is this commitment to excellence that has garnered them multiple manufacturer awards for quality of service to customers.
With company growth over the years, today APPLIANCE SERVICE BY PAUL has 29 employees, using only uniformed service technicians who have undergone a full background check and drug screening. They operate out of a business office, driving trucks that are clearly marked ‘Appliance Service by Paul’. Paul tells me these things are important to the customer, because they need to know the technician standing at the door can be trusted.
