Tracy also tells me it is very important that his office staff be fully trained and qualified to answer most any question they may get on the phone. When I asked Tracy what his goals for the future were, he explained that his main goal is really building trust in the industry. “Pest control has really gotten some bad press lately, and that has affected every business in the state.” “We don’t use any ‘industrial strength’ products, or anything that might harm a person or pet.
